Gentlemen clad in tailored waistcoats will escort ladies graced in shimmering gowns, their hair adorned with 𝓅𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓁𝓈 and 𝒹𝑒𝓁𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝑒 𝓅𝓁𝓊𝓂𝑒𝓈. Soft strains of a classical band shall resonate through the room, inviting the assembly to waltz beneath shimmering lights.

Tables laden with sumptuous 𝒹𝑒𝓁𝒾𝒸𝒶𝒸𝒾𝑒𝓈 and 𝓈𝓅𝒶𝓇𝓀𝓁𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓌𝒾𝓃𝑒𝓈 evoke the lavishness of a true Regency feast. Charitable Partners

Acts of Kindness Society

Serves and delivers an average of 600 free meals every Saturday to the community. Assists in stocking local free pantries, distributes food vouchers and hampers to those in need. Overall helps in any area of food insecurity in the local area.

South West Nova Transition House Association (Juniper House)

Juniper House provides safe shelter, 24hr crisis line and outreach services to women & their children who have experienced violence or abuse. Juniper House is celebrating 40 years in service in 2025.

Tri County Pregnancy Centre

Provides support to individuals facing crisis through assessment, ensuring safety, exploring alternatives and providing support materials. Assist with clothing, food, education, fuel cards and more.

A portion of each ticket sale will go to the above charitable groups. Tax receipts will be issued following the event.

Ticketing Details

Ticketing is completed online. After purchasing your tickets you will receive a confirmation email from the ticketing platform. Be sure to check your junk mailbox. About one month before the event, we will be mailing/delivering your formal tickets. You will be able to use either your online receipt or the formal tickets for entry.

Royal Package is based on a per couple basis, a minimum of two tickets are required to be purchased. Should you require a single supplement, please contact us.

Be sure to complete the additional information asked for during the ticket purchasing process. We need this information in order to provide you with the best experience possible. If you are not sure who is attending with you or what your meal choices are, please enter Information you do have and follow up with out team to correct this Information as needed. Should information regarding your booking change, reach out to our team and we will make the changes accordingly.

Refunds

Ticket purchases are final, transfers to others can be accommodated up until one week before the event.


Seating Arrangements

There will be assigned seating. Every effort will be made to accommodate seating requests, however we can not guarantee all requests will be possible. Guest tables seat a maximum of eight people.

Dress Code

Gentlemen, will be expected to wear formal suits, tuxedos or other garments befitting of the regency era. Ladies, are encouraged to wear regency style gowns. Other period appropriate accessories are welcome.

Parking

Mariners Centre has a large amount of parking available. Please drop off your passengers at the front entrance to Mariners Centre and then park at your own will. 

Payment at Event

Credit, Debit & Cash will be accepted at the event. Cheques from pre-approved individuals will be accepted to auction items.

Will tickets be available at the door?

No. All tickets will be sold in advance of the event, with ticket sales closing no later than 48 hours before doors open. This is to allow for accurate catering and event setup.

Is this a 19+ event?

Yes. Guests must be 19 years of age or older. ID's may be checked by staff upon entry.

What if I have a food allergy?

The chefs are well versed in accommodating food allergies and intolerances. Please indicate your dietary restrictions upon ticket purchase.

How do I get my tax receipt?

Tax receipts will be issued by our charitable partners after the event and be mailed to the address you provide at checkout.
